Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using our website
https://sunnidaysvirtualpreschool.com and enrolling your child in our
virtual learning programs.
Important: By accessing or using any part of our services, you agree to be
legally bound by these Terms.
Our online preschool programs are designed for children typically aged 3 to 6
years. By registering, you confirm that you are the legal guardian of the
enrolled child and that the child meets our age criteria.
Sunnidays Virtual Preschool delivers live, interactive preschool classes via
Zoom. Sessions may include:
Storytelling
Movement and exercise
Creative learning
activities
Early literacy and
numeracy exercises
- Registration is
required to access classes.
- Upon successful
registration, class details and Zoom links will be provided via email or our
communication portal.
- Sharing Zoom access
links with non-registered participants is not permitted.
- Parents must be present during sessions.
- All payments are securely
processed through Stripe.
- Full payment is
required in advance for the selected program (weekly, monthly, or term-based).
- Prices are clearly listed on our
website before checkout.
- By completing the payment
process, you authorize Sunnidays Virtual Preschool to charge the specified amount via
Stripe.
Important Refund Information:
- No refunds will be issued for missed classes.
- If we cancel a class, a make-up session or credit will be provided.
- Enrollment cancellation must be submitted at least 7 days prior to
the next billing cycle.
- No partial refunds will be issued for mid-cycle cancellations.
To ensure a safe and smooth learning experience:
- A reliable internet connection
and functioning camera/microphone are necessary.
- Adult supervision is
mandatory for all classes.
- Disruptive
behavior may result in removal from a session without refund.
- Recording sessions
without permission is strictly prohibited.
- Respect toward teachers,
students, and other families is expected at all times.
- Offensive or inappropriate
behavior will not be tolerated and may result in permanent removal from the program.
Your privacy and your child's privacy are important to us. We handle all data in compliance
with applicable privacy laws. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more
information on data handling and protection.
All lesson plans, worksheets, videos, and other materials are the intellectual property of
Sunnidays Virtual Preschool and may not be copied, shared, or reused
without written permission.
We are not liable for:
- Technical issues on your
side (internet, device, software).
- Any accidents or injuries
occurring during at-home sessions.
- Unauthorized sharing of
session links or materials.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any updates will be posted on this page with the
effective date. Your continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
